Today the world is consumed by an urgent series of crises: energy, food, climate, and finance that threaten not only the realization of the MDGs and the lives and livelihoods of hundreds of millions of people in the North and the South but also the stability of the world's economies.

We need to take concrete action with the solidarity of all international communities to the perceived crisis in development: the need to examine the shortfall in resources required for countries to achieve internationally agreed development goals, including Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and to cut the number of people living in extreme poverty by half by 2015, improve social conditions such as health and education, employment, raise living standards, support gender equality and women's empowerment and protect the environment.

Any semblance of a healthy human life needs four dimensions in an operative condition. The bio or physical is the area of the body, our physical well-being; the psycho, the mental, is concerned with the soul, the integrative whole of our mind, will, and emotions. The social deals with our voice, the means to sustain social relations with others, since, without a voice, we do not socially exist; and the spiritual, which focuses on the spirit, the center of intimacy, meaning purpose, and the contemplative life. It can best illustrate the interrelationship of these four dimensions with a table.

HFCs mission is to alleviate poverty, improve global health, strengthen economies, and protect the environment by fostering partnerships among governments, businesses, non-governmental organizations, and private citizens — leveraging their expertise, resources, and passions — to turn good intentions into tangible, measurable results.

To support our mission, we also advocate on behalf of women, youth and children experiencing homelessness to raise awareness of their special needs; inspire innovative, holistic solutions that truly break the cycle of childhood abuse, domestic violence and homelessness; and advance research and enlightened social policies for greater understanding, social inclusion and resources for women and children experiencing homelessness.

Building Pathways to Oneness

Changing the world for the better.

Charity is the act of extending love and kindness to others unconditionally. It is a conscious act, but the decision is made by the heart without expecting a reward. When charity is carried out selflessly, it becomes a one-way act where a person gives but asks for nothing in return.

"The Foundation of the world is oneness. But in the arena of human affairs, oneness is missing. This is the root cause of human suffering, poverty, hunger, and homelessness. So, I have this vision to bring them together —Families as one, neighbors as one, all races, all religions, all nations, equal members of the global human family."

Our Vision

Help Foundations Group's vision is ONENESS of a world where everyone has access to food, security, health, drinking water, and education. The main objective is to provide "Unlimited Growth Opportunities to Community Members," especially from low-income urban families and rural communities, focusing on women and youth.

Our vision is that every individual experiencing homelessness will have the opportunity to have their home, build the Foundation for a brighter future, and blossom into who they are truly meant to be. To inspire and support conscious and sustainable living on Earth. To facilitate community and promote global harmony, peace, and prosperity. To serve as a beacon of light for teaching sustainable living, yoga, and meditation, through a learning center, digital media production and an example of dharmic living. To serve as a place for retreat in nature to relax, heal and be well.

Improving and provisioning of housing, basic civic infrastructure, and social amenities in interveded slums. Based on a review of the earlier strategy and an examination of the strengths and weaknesses of the network and the future needs and opportunities for the network as a result of the HFG reforms, it was proposed the objectives be reformulated as follows:

  1. Enhance the role of civil society in safeguarding the global environment
  2. Strengthen global environmental policy development through an enhanced partnership between Civil Society and the HFG
  3. Strengthen the HFG NGO Network Capacity
  4. Enabling reforms to address some of the causes of the creation of slums.
  5. Facilitating a supportive environment for expanding institutional credit linkages for the urban poor.
  6. Institutionalizing mechanisms for the prevention of slums, including the creation of affordable housing stock.
  7. Strengthening institutional and human resource capacities at the Municipal, City and State levels through comprehensive capacity building and strengthening of resource networks.
  8. Empowering the community by ensuring their participation at every decision-making stage through strengthening and nurturing Slum Dwellers' Association/Federations.

To make every Human realize that we have the key to the future. Rationality and wisdom can make the Human race survive longer than anyone can dream of today. And to develop the sense of collective welfare of every animate and inanimate creation all over the globe.

To transform the world into a global sustainable harmony village.

To accomplish its goals, the HFG has established separate initiatives with a distinct mission reflecting our vision: to implement sustainable programs that improve access worldwide to investment, opportunity, and lifesaving services now and for future generations. Working in diverse geographic regions and responding to local needs, the initiatives address targeted challenges in the Foundation's key focus areas: economic empowerment, education, environment and energy, health systems, and nutrition.

Across all initiatives, the HFG emphasizes:

Partnership and collaboration: The Foundation brings together governments, NGOs, and businesses in partnerships that harness each sector's unique expertise and resources. No matter where the Foundation works, it engages partners on the ground to ensure that projects properly respond to local needs.

Measurable results: The Foundation focuses its efforts in areas where it can have the greatest impact. Foundation projects develop best practices and lessons learned.

Innovation and markets: The Foundation drives the innovation of individuals and businesses to develop new technologies and approaches that respond to markets and economies.

Efficiency and sustainability: The Foundation spends every dollar and every moment wisely and works to ensure that local communities can affordably sustain projects.

Replication and scale: The Foundation ensures that programs can be replicated and expanded by organizations, governments, and individuals to address their specific challenges.

Systemic Change and local Impact: The Foundation takes comprehensive approaches that re-envision entire systems while responding to the unique challenges in our workplaces. Through strategic organization and investment, the HFG strives to change global systems, entire communities, and how business is done in developed and developing countries — while emphasizing solutions that make meaningful and positive changes in individual lives.
